Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to support our Sales Manager in the Queen's area.


The Field Sales Associate is responsible for building relationships between physicians' offices and our clinics to increase the number of patients referred to our facility for treatment and care.

The Field Sales Associate serves as the representative for doctors, medical practices, and hospitals, bridging the communication gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians, generating referrals for new physicians, attending networking/public relations events, and building various strategic relationships within the community.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and goals for the Queens area.
  • Visit clinics daily to promote our facilities to physicians in the Queens area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians to prompt them to refer patients with confidence.
  • Assist in growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community.
  • Accompany the Sales Manager to meetings with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals.
  • Assist in delivering inperson presentations to referring physicians and prospective clients.
  • Report on progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships through our CRM system daily, documenting all site visits, phone calls, and other activities.
  • Assist in arranging and leading public relations campaigns, events, and awareness efforts.
  • Ensure availability of marketing material in the assigned territory.
  • Assist in organizing, attending, and assisting with various health fairs and networking events hosting exhibitions/booths to promote Hands of Hope Physical Therapy services.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales and expand referral networks and partnerships.
  • Assist in onsite conversion of leads and scheduling patients.
  • Assist in developing partnership opportunities that would enable the company to grow its patient base and solidify our brand authority.
  • Support the Sales Manager in recommending approaches to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Receive sales goals from the Sales Manager and implement them accordingly.

Job Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare field sales.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role or similar position preferred.
  • Working knowledge of sales CRM systems
  • Pipedrive, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to report and communicate effectively with direct management and teams.
  • Medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offerings, and equipment.
  • Ability to assist in achieving sales targets based on strong relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct a moderate volume of visits per day.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Passionate about sales and serving communities.
  • Must own a car to be able to commute to different locations.
  • Outstanding planning and strategizing of sales approaches.
  • Skilled at establishing and juggling priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Resident of Queens.

Reporting Structure:

The Field Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager(Doaa).

$51, $56,000.00 per year
