    Job DescriptionSalary: $ $38.00 hourly

    We are seeking an adaptable and self-motivated individual who is eager to obtain an entry-level admin role. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative and project support to the Right-of-Way Team.

    Salary Range - $ $38.00 hourly DOE

    Responsibilities:

    • General right-of-way administrative support including document preparation, review and packaging.
    • Data management and tracking in various project and time management software.
    • Support project team members with day-to-day administrative tasks including the scanning and uploading of documents, to include document management, distribute incoming mail, office and mailing supplies inventory.
    • Special projects as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent professional, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Intermediate proficiency in utilizing computers to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, etc. – Willingness to learn new software programs.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, proofreading, organizational, planning, problem solving, and critical thinking.
    • Two years minimum of clerical/administrative experience.
    • High School Diploma.
    • Valid California driver's license and acceptable DMV record.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Some college course work or bachelors' degree from accredited university.
    • California Notary Public commission is desirable, but not required.
