- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette, including the ability to use independent thinking, sound judgment and creativity when resolving patient issues
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Willing to serve the Practice with a flexible schedule
- Previous experience in a dental/healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of medical terminology

The call center PSR will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests personally and professionally. Responsible for welcoming patients, performing service driven check-in/check-out procedures maintaining highest attention to patient privacy. Our ideal candidate is highly energetic, motivated and enjoys working with people and the public We need call center support as we manage a high volume of Dental office incoming calls.
