Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist nonEnglish speaking customers
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills and upsell products when appropriate
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

From $769.74 per week
