Job Summary:
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist nonEnglish speaking customers
- Demonstrate strong sales skills and upsell products when appropriate
- Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
