WHAT YOU'LL DO

Load materials into production machines.
Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
Clean production equipment and work areas.

Pay & Shift
Pay for this role is $ a 5% shift differential when working night shift hours.

The Night Shift hours are from 6:00pm until 6:30am

Please note:
This schedule allows you to have every other weekend off. Hours and days are below AFTER you are fully trained.

Training will be during day shift hours from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm for 4-12 months from your start date.

An example of the schedule is as follows:

Week 1:Mon (12 hours), Tues (12 hours), Wed (OFF), Thurs (OFF), Fri (12 hours), Sat (12 hours), Sun (12 hours)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1 Year of production experience preferred.
Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. Free coverage applies in the next calendar year.
