Tasks we entrust to you
You produce high-quality and predominantly handcrafted grill and convenience products with your team.
As shift manager, you are responsible for overseeing a complete shift, as well as scheduling and ensuring optimal staffing.
You coordinate and optimize process flows and ensure smooth production in your shift.
Do you see yourself in this role?
You have completed a professional training as a butcher, specialist in food technology, cook, or have a comparable education.
Experience in the production of self-service meat and convenience products is desirable.
You are willing to work in day and night shifts.
You have strong social skills and are a team player, ideally with experience in successfully leading teams.
You are a strong and confident leader, flexible and quality-oriented.
