Role Overview:

Office support personnel, also known as administrative or office support staff, play a vital role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of various organizations and institutions.

They provide essential assistance to management, employees, and clients, contributing to the overall productivity and functionality of the workplace.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance:

○ Provide administrative support to various departments by handling tasks such as
data entry, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.

Front Desk Operations:

○ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

○ Greet guests, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.

○ Receive and manage customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

○ Support customer deliveries by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods or services.

Aggregate Sales and scale operations:

○ Assist customers, clients, or employees with inquiries, requests, and information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

○ Engage in sales of aggregate products, working closely with customers during the sale process.

○ Process customer orders and handle any related inquiries or issues.

Data Management:

○ Maintain and organize data, records, and files, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.

○ Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.

Communication:

○ Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.

Office Equipment and Information Technology Maintenance:

○ Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, printers, and phone systems.

○ Manage cell phone contracts and usage within the company, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost-effective utilization.


Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

○ A high school diploma is required, college degree preferred.

○ Information Technology experience preferred.

Organizational Skills:

○ Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.


Hours and Compensation:

Full-time 40-hour commitment starting at $20/hour with benefits.
