The Driver Care Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining driver safety protocols and procedures within an organization.

They work to ensure that all drivers adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries.

This role involves training programs, monitoring driver performance, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage drivers
Enforce safety regulations
Monitor driver performance
Maintain driver records
Provide support and guidance to drivers
Use telephones to reach out to drivers and verify information
Greet drivers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
Perform driver road test and inperson training
Work with Driver Care Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Maintain driver's hours of service guidelines
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Read from scripts

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
