    Company Overview:

    Our client specializes in manufacturing lawn mowers and light-duty tractors tailored for golf courses and large sports fields, with a focus on providing high-quality equipment to enhance maintenance efficiency and performance. Their products are widely used in golf courses, sports complexes, and recreational facilities, helping to maintain pristine landscapes and optimal playing conditions.

    Position Overview:

    As the Parts and Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer invoicing activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting month-end activities to meet organizational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including local parts sales, service invoicing, and more.
    • Assist with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
    • Coordinate receiving activities, ensuring proper storage and stocking of materials with system accuracy.
    • Conduct frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Complete daily data entries in customer secondary software.
    • Support local and organizational leadership with month-end activities, including inventory reports, productivity summaries, and invoicing summaries.
    • Assist leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required.
    • Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities.
    • Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma/GED Required
    • Years of Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience required
    • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Previous experience with customer secondary systems preferred.
