The Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt offers individual support for people with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of life. In the area of housing for adults with intellectual impairments, the focus is on therapeutic support and assistance in self-determined participation. We treat every person with respect and our work is characterized by individuality.

As a specialist for the Steggasse and Würzburger Straße housing departments, we are currently seeking a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Erzieher (m/w/d), Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) or similar professional groups to join our team as soon as possible.

This is a part-time position with 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

  • Flexible deployment within the department
  • Educational work in the shared apartments for people with disabilities
  • Guidance, assistance and support within the framework of the personal reference system
  • Creation of support plans, documentation and participation in reporting
  • Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a specialist in a social or nursing profession
  • Respectful attitude towards people with disabilities
  • Team-oriented work style and communication skills
  • Willingness to work
