**The University of Media in Stuttgart trains media specialists for companies, organizations, and institutions. Currently, we offer over 30 bachelor's and master's programs to more than 5,500 students. Together with other universities, we are involved in the university radio station in Stuttgart (HORADS 88.6), which is operated by a supporting association. starting on June 1, 2023. The position is limited until December 31, 2024.

Your tasks will include:

Didactic conception and implementation of training programs for students from all participating universities in the field of radio journalism and crossmedia content production (workshops, summer schools, seminars, etc.)
Monitoring and maintenance of technical operations and infrastructure
Development and technical support of new, especially crossmedia distribution channels
Procurement and investment planning
Participation in courses in which the university radio station is involved
Conceptualization of new crossmedia programs and storytelling formats to complement and deepen the HORADS program
Internal and external communication
