- Purchase bikes by utilizing social media and private party bike listing sites.
- Locate new prospects and follow-up until a transaction occurs.
- Provide a kick-ass rider experience.
- Become familiar with new products, features and accessories – communicate their benefits to riders.
- Full-time 40 hours, Saturdays are a MUST
- Pay $16 per hour plus commissions.
- No riding required
- Have a love of all things motorcycle and the motorcycle culture.
- Self-Starter.
- Ability to exceed Customer needs/expectations by asking questions in a professional manner, listening to the rider, and documenting those needs.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Must be able to pass a drug, physical, and back screening.
