We are searching for a
Bookkeeper to add to our growing team

In this position, you will work under our current Accountant. You will play a key role in managing clerical tasks, daily financial entries, and account reconciliation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Daily financial entries
  • Account reconciliation
  • Weekly & monthly financial reporting
  • Invoice payments
  • Assist preparation of tax documents
  • Maintain accurate logs of vendor accounts
  • Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
  • 5+ years of verifiable Bookkeeping experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer serviceoriented approach
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
  • Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
