Responsibilities:

Deliver ABA services at EBH clinics for patients and families
Supervise treatment implementation to ensure adherence to protocols
Perform initial and follow-up assessments along with parent questionnaires
Create personalized behavior acquisition programs for patients
Carry out descriptive and functional analyses as part of assessments
Develop behavior intervention plans for addressing patient's target behaviors
Formulate and update treatment plans in compliance with best practices and insurance standards
Establish and supervise data collection systems
Offer behavioral support in an interdisciplinary treatment environment
Monitor patient progress towards treatment goals and coordinate transition/discharge plans
Conduct monthly individual parent/caregiver training sessions at least
Attend various department and interdisciplinary staff meetings
Maintain BCBA certification through ongoing education as required by BACB
Secure and uphold state licensure
Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

Proficient in Planning and Evaluating (Workload Management)
Strong Problem-Solving skills
Prior experience in Customer Service – Client/Patient field
Effective Decision Making abilities
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Solid Time Management capabilities
Outstanding Written and Oral Communication skills

Education and Experience:

Hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related area
BCBA certification in good standing
Current BCBA licensure in Texas or willingness to obtain and maintain

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Capacity to walk or run during 6–8-hour sessions (e.g., managing elopement)
Quick response time to address challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression management, furniture movement)
Capability to sit on the floor when necessary for patients
Ready to transition swiftly from the floor to standing position to handle aggressive behaviors
Ability to bend or twist for physical management
Capacity to maintain physical holds for extended periods when dealing with aggressive patients
