As an experienced Toyota and Hyundai dealer, Autohaus Bach has locations in Villingen-Schwenningen, Friedrichshafen, and Donaueschingen. We are well-known for our traditional automotive expertise beyond the city limits.

Become part of our great team Your responsibilities:

Support of the service and sales team with organizational and administrative tasks
Customer reception and support
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments
Coordination and scheduling of customer appointments
Support in administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling, cash management, mail processing, etc

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial education with subsequent work experience in the commercial sector
Ideally, first experience in the automotive industry
Independent and service-oriented work style
Strong communication skills
