    We seek skilled and technically proficient Program Analysts to join a team handling projects across various security levels for a government program office.


    Responsibilities

    Key Tasks:

    • Provide technical assistance to the DPM, Functional Leads, and IPT Leads for a significant DoD Acquisition Program.
    • Collaborate with systems engineers and IPT leads to support in outlining plans of action and milestones for addressing technical issues.
    • Work with planners to integrate plans of action into the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
    • Aid the IPT lead in identifying, capturing, and monitoring Program risks along with their respective mitigation strategies.
    • Utilize databases and MS Office tools to handle, update, and share technical and programmatic data, as instructed by the Program Manager, IPT and Functional Leads, and Configuration / Data Managers.
    • Analyze data and provide recommendations with supporting justifications.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education:
      • BS / BA in a technical, business, or management discipline or equivalent hands-on experience. A BS / BA can be substituted with 4 additional years of relevant experience and an AA / AS degree. Or an extra 8 years of relevant experience.
      • 4 years of experience in business / management / development / integration related to aircraft, weapons, and/or operations with at least 2 of those years within the last 5 years. Adequate educational background can replace experience requirements.
    • Clearance Requirement:
      • Active US DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
    • Experience:
      • Knowledge of DoD systems acquisition requirements, documentation creation, financial and/or technical stipulations.
      • Proficiency in planning, managing, budgeting, coordinating technical needs, and contract obligations.
      • 2 years of present experience in formulating project budgets and in evaluating and preparing acquisition documents.
      • Experience in preparing SOWs for technical and administrative contractor assistance.
      • Experience with DoD Acquisition Programs.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
      • Well-versed in the DoD Systems Engineering Technical Review process.
      • Familiarity with the DoD Risk and Opportunity management process.
      • Diverse career background.
      • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-security environment.
    • Skills:
      • Capacity to monitor action items, develop metrics, create and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and establish and manage Plans of Actions and Milestones.
