Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team

This position earns a
competitive pay of
$75 - $100 hourly or a
salary of
$70,000 - $95,000 per year.

Founded in 2008, we assist families and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals. We use applied behavior analysis (ABA) to guide and facilitate learning and behavioral interventions for our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
As a BCBA, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times.
With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children.
To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
- Possess BCBA certification
- Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
This full-time special education position typically works a
flexible schedule that is based on the analyst's availability in conjunction with the clients' availability.
