    Job Description: Fully remote, West Coast The Role The VP has responsibility for a book of business comprised of donors within Fidelity Charitable's Perspectives segment, created for donors with a minimum charitable account balance of $100M. These relationships typically include multiple generations of a donor family as well as single family office investment and/or philanthropy staff. Perspectives donors include signatories of the Giving Pledge, prominent business owners, investment fund founders and partners, social entrepreneurs, and professional athletes and entertainers who require confidentiality and discretion. In addition to individual donors, this segment also includes major global corporations using a donor-advised fund as part of their philanthropic strategy.

    The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 15+ years UHNW industry experience required
    • Investments, Family Office, Principal Gifts, or UHNW philanthropy background required
    • Strong investment knowledge preferred, including alternative investments and impact investing
    • Proven track record in building and retaining $100M+ relationships with complex clients
    • Deep knowledge of the philanthropic landscape, the non-profit sector, and grantmaking best-practices
    • Familiarity with philanthropic approaches in the corporate sector
    The Team The Vice President, Philanthropic Strategies, role is part of the Private Donor Group Perspectives team. Internally, the VP serves as a leader providing vision, hands on guidance, and strategy development on a cross-functional working group focused on building out and delivering this segmented offering. Externally, the VP represents Fidelity Charitable as a speaker at regional and national events and in meetings with donors and their teams.     Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
