Job Title
Enterprise Agile Coach


What does a successful Enterprise Agile Coach do at Fiserv?

  • You'll train teams in the Agile framework and learn to communicate and work within guidelines, along with other coaches, to build scalable practices for our product delivery.
  • You'll ensure continuous delivery and transparency to ensure that stakeholders and management are kept in the loop while helping them understand what it takes to help the broader enterprise program evolve in their Agile maturity.
  • Above all, you'll act as a change agent to reinforce the Agile mindset shift in some areas and shore up that shift in existing Agile teams.

What you will do:


  • Maintain and grow an environment that enables teams to embrace Agile values, enact agile practices, and continually assess and abide by agreements
  • Define and educate all roles within an Agility practice
  • Guide product owners and scrum masters in proper Agile ways of working
  • Integrate Agile practices within our internal project delivery processes and implementations
  • Maintain project budgets, assist with gathering estimates, identify cost variances, and manage scrum resources efficiently
  • Use data to assess progress and areas needing improvement, thereby increasing predictability and positive outcomes
  • Facilitate and manage scrum and project communications to stakeholders, the broader project team, and program leaders

What you need to have:


  • 7+ years of combined experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3+ years of experience coaching multiple teams concurrently through an Agile transformation
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban and scaled Agile frameworks like LeSS and SAFe
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Teams

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • CSM and Agile Coach certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Project, Clarity, and Atlassian Suite
