Spa Sway is a boutique day spa located in the heart of the Domain.

Organic Bronze is the sister company to Spa Sway, which is next door. Austin Monthly has voted Spa Sway the Face of Luxury Day Spas for the last few years.

Organic Bronze is the first and only tanning studio to open in the Domain of Austin, TX We are a luxurious airbrush tanning spa that offers signature organic spray tans, custom body contouring, and infrared sauna for weight loss benefits.

We proudly sell an exclusive selection of designer swimwear and the highest-quality skin care and body products. Our mission is to provide organic spray tanning as a safer approach to traditional tanning.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Sending graphics requests to designers
• Social Media Upkeep
• Tracking and analyzing campaign results
• Professional Experience and Skills
• Develop strategic media relations strategies with a variety of buzzworthy initiatives that build brand awareness and support both Spa Sway and Organic Bronze
• Identify potential media spokespeople, keeping the target audience in mind, and develop a media spokesperson database to pull from depending on needs and opportunities
• Business announcements
• Research and identify potential partnerships with key communities, influencers, and organizations to secure integrated partnerships and campaign opportunities that build awareness and create joint PR value for both Spa Sway and Organic Bronze
• Coordinate influencer events and partnerships

Social Media - Spa Sway and Organic Bronze

• Post up to 35 pieces of weekly content to be dispersed on strategic social platforms. This includes a strategic combination dispersed across up to two platforms.
• Monitor conversations, questions, and reviews across all social platforms and take action, as appropriate, within 12 hours.
• Monitor and engage with specified location checkins, mentions, hashtags, and tags.
• Proven track record of excellent open & clickthrough rates
• Clear and compelling written communication
• Graphic design and video content experience required
• Analyticssavvy & datadriven
• Open to resultsoriented collaboration
• Good computer and database skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, internal and direct communication with consumers
• Skilled use of all platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, Google, and Yelp
• Online store development
• Website development, updates, and SEO optimization are encouraged
