Description

The City of Schifferstadt, with a population of over residents, is currently seeking to fill a full-time position (39 hours/week) as a Case Manager for Homeless Affairs (m/f/d) at the Department of Citizen Services

Department of Generations and Social Affairs.

This is an indefinite position and the start date is as soon as possible. CASE MANAGER FOR HOMELESS AFFAIRS (M/F/D)

UNTIL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE,

BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Homeless affairs (placement, correspondence with the Federal Employment Agency, monitoring of accommodations, counseling for the homeless, communication with the police, etc.)
Asylum seeker benefits / support for asylum seekers
Housing matters (housing eligibility certificates, allocation of municipal housing)
Social welfare (processing and forwarding of applications to the district administration under the Twelfth Book of the Social Code (SGB XII)
