The part-time evening custodian/summer helper is responsible for keeping the school building, grounds areas, and equipment in a state of operational readiness as assigned.

The part-time evening custodian portion of this position is a 3.5 hours per evening position, Monday through Friday.

Beginning May 13, 2024 through August 2, 2024 this position becomes a full-time summer helper position during the "day," Monday through Friday.

AVAILABILITY:Immediate (The daily start time for the evening custodian work hours is flexible and will be determined based upon the applicant's availability.)


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a custodial or maintenance position preferred
  • Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
  • Demonstrated aptitude as a selfstarter that works with mínimal supervision
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Strong orientation toward providing customer service
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school age students
