We are currently seeking a SERVICE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) to join our BMW & MINI location in Betzdorf.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our dealership and first point of contact for customers, whether on the phone or in person
  • Receive customer requests for workshop appointments and prioritize them accordingly
  • Manage the appointment schedule with staggered consultation appointments
  • Constantly monitor current workshop capacity and update the appointment scheduling system
  • Manage replacement and rental vehicles
  • Handle telephone service for the workshop
  • Manage cash and invoice various bills
  • Coordinate vehicle transports

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Career changers from industries such as hotel management are welcome
  • Ideally, experience in the automotive industry and with our model range
  • Friendly and empathetic approach to customers
  • Strong customer
