We are looking for
YOU as a
Store Manager for our
Shoe+Sport Palace in
Kaiserslautern.


Your responsibilities:

  • Be a welcoming host and ensure sustainable consultation and sales quality
  • Motivate, lead, and develop your team of sports enthusiasts
  • Responsible for the entire process of handling goods, maintaining the appearance of your store, and ensuring smooth operations
  • Provide ideas for image and sales promotion measures
  • Achieve sales targets and implement various measures
  • Manage personnel costs
  • Communicate and exchange information regarding products and purchasing

What we need from you:

  • Do you have a completed education or degree?
  • Are you an exemplary host and embody the service mindset?
  • Are you assertive, have open and transparent communication, and are resilient?
  • Ideally, you have experience in the shoe, sports, management, and sales industry.
  • A love for sports and fashion is desirable.
