To support our office in the Main Tower in Frankfurt, we are looking for:

Your responsibilities:
You will learn about the entire recruitment process and gain a comprehensive understanding of the tasks involved.

After thorough training, you will take on independent tasks, including:

Expanding and maintaining our core database (CRM system = Customer Relationship Management)

Using active sourcing to find suitable candidates for open positions, including reaching out through career networks and making phone calls

Ensuring professional preparation of resumes

Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients

Participating in briefing meetings with our clients

Creating job postings and publishing them on suitable platforms

What we are looking for:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in the fields of Business Administration, Media, or Communication Studies

You have
