Commerce Specialist:
Rock the Online Retail World

As a participant in the Fulton Graduate Program for E-Commerce Specialist, you will learn all aspects of the e-commerce industry, including online sales channels, product assortment in online retail, and customer communication in e-commerce.

Through the program, you will further develop this knowledge and become an expert in designing e-commerce processes and strategically aligning them.

Upon completion of the program, you will hold three nationally recognized qualifications:

E-Commerce Merchant
Training of Trainers (AdA)
Certified E-Commerce Specialist

After 34 months in the program, you will be a sought-after online specialist

Potential entry-level positions include:

E-Commerce Manager
Online E-Commerce Manager
Head of E-Commerce
E-Commerce Project Manager

The majority of the program is completed through practical training at one of the approximately 250 partner companies of the Akademie Handel in Bavaria (depending on where you apply).

Every two to three months, you will attend one to three-week study phases at a seminar location of the Akademie Handel, usually located closest to your partner company.
