JOB SUMMARY


A finance biller is responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely billing procedures.

They may also communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and assist with financial reporting tasks.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate weekly billing batches
  • Review progress notes for accuracy
  • Update client insurances in EHR system
  • Collections and nonpayment review of claims
  • Post payments to receivables (if applicable)
  • Weekly Eligibility check
  • Review of unbilled claims In EHR system
  • Adjustments, Errors and rejections Review

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A.A. degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience, preferred
