The Engaged Learning Specialist (ELS) will responsible for the development, support, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development activities for Volunteers of America Ohio and Indiana (VOAOHIN), in assigned impact area(s).
Essential responsibilities include supporting supervisors in ensuring that employees are properly trained and prepared for their roles and that training compliance standards and expectations are met.
This is a remote position and requires work schedule flexibility, and is expected to travel within Ohio & Indiana to provide hands-on support and direct training, as necessary.
This position will be dedicated to Retail.We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with company match.
