Experience in 2-3 additional LS specific domain areas would be desirable
- Plan and Execute Regulatory Transformation project with excellent presentation skills, ability to manage situations and team structure incl. client.
- Development of consulting and advisory related tools, accelerators and competency of the team
- Ability to research and collate or contribute to Thought Leadership content and articles.
- Engagement management and client relationship
- Organize and lead specific sessions in workshops, expert discussions and meetings and competently guide clients through the consulting process.
- Process Mapping, Debottlenecking Analysis and identifying improvement of opportunities.
- Research and collate or contribute to client presentations.
- Identify, plan and execute automation and transformation approach in the Regulatory
- Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client's requirements.
- Initial assessment of the problematic situation identified by the clients.
- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's guidelines. capabilities and limitations
- Analyze and interpret data to identify or discover weaknesses and problems and determine the causes and develop plans to overcome them.
