GENERAL PURPOSE

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, Salesforce platform capabilities, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs within the Salesforce platform.
Analyze and improve existing business processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Design and implement custom solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and system usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with overall business strategies and objectives.
Perform quality assurance testing to validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Define processes, standard operating procedures, and prepare technical documentation.
Mentor and provide technical guidance.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Perform other duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and flow automations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data quality, and data cleansing.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce implementation and administration.

Special Job Requirements:

Must be available for extended, varied work hours at times

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
General office environment
May require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area
Long-distance or air travel as needed - approximately 5% travel
