- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with an emphasis on Computer Science or related field required
- 6+ years of general business analysis experience required, may act as lead.
- Previous experience in project analysis
- Previous experience with system implementations or upgrades
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud as a System Administrator including configuration, data integration, and business rules
- Knowledge and experience gathering requirements, functional design and working with business processes and teams.
- Must be self-driven and motivated: ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Must be business process and systems-oriented and be a self-motivated learner.
- Ability to follow a project methodology.
- Demonstrates strong effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and customer service
- Demonstrates ability to work in geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to present information or perform training to a large group.
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
- Incumbent may sit for prolonged periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday.
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
