Kitas Kinderreich are two state-funded private childcare facilities in Munich.

The Kinderreich nursery consists of three nursery groups and the Kita Kinderreich is a house for children with a nursery and a kindergarten group.

We want to give children the opportunity to develop their independence in a loving and respectful environment.

It is important to us to have a warm and close relationship with the children and a strong team dynamic.

We are looking for a colleague who will accompany the children on their journey with joy and enthusiasm.

We are seeking an educator to join our small, family-oriented team as soon as possible, preferably in a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Individual support and care for children according to the pedagogical concept and their interests
Facilitating transitions, such as the settlingin period or daily routines
Continual development of the concept
Regular observation and documentation of children's learning and development
Independent and responsible assumption of pedagogical and organizational tasks
Building a partnership with parents for education and care
Collaboration with specialist services
Team development
Administrative work

Qualifications:

A staterecognized qualification as an educator
Or a completed degree in early childhood education, social work, social or educational sciences
Or a comparable qualification that allows you to be recognized as a specialist
For foreign applicants, a minimum language level of C
Willingness for personal and professional development
Dedication to children and enjoyment of pedagogical
