The role you'll contribute:


The Quality Clinical Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, deployment, and support of the organization's quality review processes and systems.

The Quality Clinical Analyst provides direction and support as a member of the Quality and Patient Safety team to maximize quality of care to all patients within the organization.

The Quality Clinical Analyst supports both the clinical staff and the medical staff in the review, collection and reporting of quality and performance improvement data throughout the organization.


The value you'll bring to the team:

  • Abstraction of Core Measures as assigned by Manager of Quality and Patient Safety.
  • Project Management as assigned by Manager of Quality and Patient Safety.
  • Develop and implement education for Hospital and Medical Staff related to Core Measures and Process/Performance Improvement projects as assigned by Manager of Quality and Patient Safety.
  • Maintain knowledge of CMS and TJC requirements and changes and prepares organization in advance of activation date.
  • FPPE and OPPE evaluations with Section and Subsection Chiefs, as assigned by Manager of Quality and Patient Safety.

Qualifications:


The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing or healthcare related field required.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current clinical experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Leadership qualities, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and analytical experience.
