Description
The Education Operations Manager is a critical member of the medical education team, participating in all stages of the training process from strategy development to planning and execution.
In this role you will manage high impact training programs for sales representatives and commercial partners to drive organizational objectives.
All programs will be grounded in competencies aligned with business unit strategies for growth.Additionally, you will be responsible for the oversight of timely and effective KOL contract management through MedCompli.
The Education Operations Manager will be an integral member of the commercial leadership team and will report to the Chief Strategy Officer supporting the Vice President of Customer Success as directed.
