Job Title:Software Developer (Senior/SME)

Job Location: Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins GA 31098

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Certification: Security+CE

Agile Decision Sciences (ADS) is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Senior/SME) with the ability to work without the assistance of junior staff. This position requires the candidate to have Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility AND a Security+CE certification. The Security+CE certification is not required to start but the candidate is required to obtain the certification within 120 days of starting in the position. This project is in support of the 402d Software Engineering Group at Robins Air Force Base, GA. All work will be performed on base. This is not a remote (work from home) position. The selected candidates will be highly qualified/experienced (to the Senior/SME level), able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Facilities are open 6am-6pm - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours
• You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments
• A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)

Qualifications

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years' software development.
• Required to have Security+ CE certification
  • Not required to start but must be obtained within 120 days of starting
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • C++
  • Java
  • Python for backend stack
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Javascript for frontend
• Experience with three or more of the following concepts:
  • DevSecOps
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipelines
  • Agile SW Development
  • Full Stack Development
  • Cloud Based Design/Development
  • Containerization
  • Git
  • Object Oriented Programming
• Individual(s) will be expected to perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.
