YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility for the Industrial Engineering department
  • Further development and integration of IE processes into a seamless product development process, together with a crossfunctional team of experts from product development, verification and validation, and production
  • Technological selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of methods/procedures to ensure efficient and processsafe production of company products
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Industrial Engineering team

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar or comparable field
  • Methodical, conceptual, solutionoriented, and goaloriented work approach
  • Teamoriented, communicative, and intercultural competence
  • Excellent English skills
