About the Role
As a window cleaner, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch facility services. Your role will involve cleaning the interior and exterior windows of various commercial and residential buildings.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, operating specialized equipment and adhering to strict safety regulations.

What
You Will Do:

Provide window cleaning services to walkup and highrise buildings.
Do everything with safety in mind first and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings.
Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from work sites. CDL is a plus.
Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction.
Respectfully and communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.

What You Will Need:

21 years or older

years commercial preferred

A current & valid driver's license is required.
Confident working at heights.
Attention to detail.
Problem solver: able to work in a fastpaced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
Wellspoken, excellent attendance, and reliable.
Able to lift 80 lbs.

Team leadership experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods of
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift at least 80 pounds.
Ability to climb a ladder or work off the ground.
Will require driving between company locations.
Overnight travel
10% or less
