Your Tasks:

- telephone and written recording and processing of motor vehicle claims for companies and private customers
- organization and commissioning of service providers (workshops, experts, assistance partners)
- recovery of claims for rented vehicles from companies and private customers
- examination of claim files, evaluation of the damage according to the client's damage guidelines
- correspondence with companies and private customers, rental stations, authorities
- invoice verification, invoicing and handling of objections
- recording/receiving of emergency reports from the telematics sector
- contacting the customer after the telematics report
- commissioning of emergency services via the control center
