Role Overview

Assist in documenting capability processes and drafting chapters for recovery and resolution plans
Collaborate with capability owners to collect chapters and auxiliary inputs
Refine language in capability chapters for consistency and coherence
Evaluate each capability chapter for regulatory compliance and alignment with test results

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields
Experience: 15+ years in corporate treasury, risk management, financial regulation, project management, or similar fields
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to provide clear direction to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Expertise: Proven experience in understanding capabilities and testing programs
Regulatory Environment Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations, especially in recovery and resolution planning
Capital and Liquidity Management Knowledge: Familiarity with complexities of capital and liquidity management
Compliance Management: Experience ensuring compliance with regulations and representing financial institutions with regulatory bodies
Analytical Skills: Advanced problem-solving abilities
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Teaming: Track record of collaborating with Business Unit leaders and crossfunctional teams
