    Description

    Certified Nursing Assistants-CNA

    We Need: A Certified Nursing Assistant(s) (CNAs) to assist with providing personal care and hygiene assistance to individuals with Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in group homes in East Charlotte, NC. This position provides personal care for up to six adult females with I/DD who need additional assistance with morning tasks such as dressing and bathing. Three hours each morning and three nights per week. Hours may be split up between different CNAs.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Rate: $16.00 per hour

    Schedule: Mon-Sun 6a-9a

    What You'll Do:

    • Assistance with personal care & hygiene.
    • Documentation of activities.
    • Helping residents maintain personal care habits.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Genuine concern for the well-being of our residents
    • Ability to supervise others in a positive and professional manner
    • Team Player
    • Ability to respond well to change
    • Experience working with people with disabilities
    • A valid Driver's License
    • A High School Diploma

    All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. Current CNA certification and one year of verifiable CNA experience are required. InReach does not have a nurse who can sign off on their time to count towards recertification.
