Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in grid integration of power electronic converters to join our team in South Haven.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing control algorithms for the grid integration of power electronic converters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of clean energy technology and contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable future.

  • Generate reports, papers, and intellectual property related to power electronic converter control.
  • Create automatic code, DLLs, and APIs from control algorithms.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers.
  • Develop interfaces and scripts using MATLAB.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in tools, backend, frontend, HIL, VHDL, and embedded systems.
  • Create requirement documents.
  • Utilize modern lifecycle management and CI/CD tools.
