- Set up Test Management Framework
- Implement Test Best Practices
- Lead Testing Projects through all phases of software test life cycle
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Hands on experience in SAP testing of not less than 4-5 years
- Has worked upon multiple SAP modules such as FI, SD, etc.
- Has worked on at least a couple of SAP upgrade and/or migration programs
- Knowledge of SIT and E2E functional flows
- Experience in driving SAP test automation
- Ability to effectively coordinate with end users for UAT
- Implementing effective reporting mechanism
