    SUMMARY

    Classic Toyota of Henderson

    Classic Toyota of Henderson is looking for some strong local talent that is tired of your current job and looking to do something different. We have people come from all different backgrounds that get into the car industry and ask why they waited so long to get into a career like this. We are interested in you weather you are straight out of high school/college or maybe you have worked your entire life and want to try something new. We want to talk to you.

    This could be your chance to provide a higher than average income for yourself and/or your family. Our sales consultants make a good living between $40,000 to some over $100,000 a year. This is done working roughly a 5 day work week at around 50 hours each week. No back breaking work here.

    We are a part of a fast growing company with opportunities to grow in your career. We offer promotion opportunities inside and outside of the dealership. With the chance to become a manager and make over a six figure income.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
    • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
    • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
    • Build strong rapport with customers.
    • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
    • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
    • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not a requirement.
    • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
    • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
    • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
    • Must have a clean & valid driver's license
    • Must be willing to submit to a background and drug check for employment.
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
    • Must be willing and open to learn new things.
    • Must have a strong work ethic.
