Description

Systematic preparation for the tasks of practical instruction. As a practice supervisor, you will guide aspiring educational professionals as well as underrepresented groups in daycare centers such as men, professionals with a migration background, and career changers. In this course, you will not only receive information on how to establish cooperation between school and practice site, but also learn best practices, methods, and practical tasks to prepare you and your team to act as a training location. This training is based on the curriculum of PädQUIS gGmbH in collaboration with the coordination office "Men in Daycare Centers". It has been tested in the federal program "Learning Site Practice" and systematically prepares you for your future role as a practice supervisor.
