We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This position is not remote.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project
Experience with construction Submittals, Shop Drawings, and RFI coordination
Prepare Daily reports to document daily construction activities
Coordinate with the Owner/Contractor
Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by Contractor
Review Contractor's Schedules
Prepare project Punch Lists

Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of experience working in the Construction Industry, preferably as a Civil Construction Inspector, Field Engineer, or similar
Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar is a plus
Knowledge of construction means & methods and quality control measures, along with knowledge and experience in water/wastewater construction is a plus
Proactive and selfmotivated individual, able to meet challenging time constraints
Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities
Familiar with Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software a plus
ICC Reinforced Concrete and or AWS Certifications is a plus
