About dena
The mission of dena is to contribute to the success of the energy transition.

With around 450 employees, it sees itself as a competence center for energy efficiency, renewable energies, and intelligent energy systems.

As an "agency for applied energy transition," it helps achieve energy and climate policy goals by developing and implementing solutions, both nationally and internationally.

To do so, it brings together partners from politics and business across all industries. The shareholders of dena are the Federal Republic of Germany and the KfW banking group.


Your responsibilities

  • Conception, coordination, and implementation of projects for bilateral cooperation on energy transition with a focus on Poland
  • Consulting, moderation, and support of project consortia in implementing crossborder projects, such as funding issues, political framework, and communication
  • Steering stakeholder dialogues on energy and climate policy cooperation between different countries in the abovementioned region and the Federal Republic of Germany (accompanying resultoriented expert dialogues, involving experts)
  • Representation of dena and its projects to stakeholders and decisionmakers
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with decisionmakers from politics, business, and science
  • Participation in countryspecific and international networking and public relations
  • Coordination of crossdepartmental project teams
The position is full-time and initially limited to two years with the goal of permanent employment.
