in Düsseldorf

Responsibilities:


• Contract management and monitoring of the rights and obligations of both parties


• Care of tenants and owners


• Administration of the commercial aspects of commercial properties and real estate


• Evaluation and fine-tuning of offers in the course of contract awarding


• Management and supervision of external service providers and craftsmen


• Routine development of business strategies, budgeting and reporting


• Supporting activities in the review and approval of utility cost statements

Qualifications:


• Several years of professional experience in dealing with commercial real estate


• Strong communication
