Your Responsibilities:

As a fulltime IT System Administrator, you will join our growing IT team at our Berlin campus in Little Cypress, TX.
You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure and network technology, and will be the main point of contact for these areas.
Your role will involve working with a lot of passion and dedication to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems.
The Digital Career Institute was initially created to integrate refugees into the digital job market, but now we are committed to providing training to anyone interested in pursuing a career in tech, regardless of their background, experience, or age.
We provide all necessary resources for our students, including computer equipment, language courses, and even mobile internet if needed.

Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for all aspects of network technology and IT infrastructure.
As a coadministrator for Microsoft products, you will manage Microsoft 365 licenses and MS Teams for schools, as well as handle user administration for Google accounts.
You will conduct training sessions to familiarize new colleagues with our IT tools.
You will gather requirements from various stakeholders and implement them accordingly.
You will enjoy solving technical problems and fulfilling various IT requests.
You will document all IT processes with precision and care.
You will assist in expanding our knowledge base (Confluence).
You will oversee our VoIP telephone system.
