    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low voltage systems, project management, logic controllers, electrical systems, and maintenance management.

    The Chief Engineer will oversee the engineering department, ensuring efficient operations and leading projects to successful completion.


    Responsibilities:


    • Manage and supervise engineering staff, providing guidance and support
    • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of high voltage systems
    • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
    • Implement and maintain logic controllers for efficient system operations
    • Fabricate components as needed for various engineering projects
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
    • Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals

    Experience:


    • Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering department
    • Strong background in high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and electrical engineering
    • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools
    • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
    • Knowledge of maintenance management best practices
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
