- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on various equipment such as air handler systems, circulating pumps, motors, and electrical components. Also, handle minor repairs on these systems.
- Address assigned Work Orders involving minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as tasks like drywall repair, painting, acoustical ceiling work, and housekeeping.
- Support Central Plant Engineers in equipment repairs and maintenance activities.
- Perform additional maintenance duties as instructed.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience working with mechanical equipment commonly found in commercial properties.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with decent mechanical skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, public-friendly attitude, good reading/mathematical skills, organizational competence, and commitment to maintaining information confidentiality.
